The 'featured site' is where we are currently directing everyone and asking them to download our songs, rate us high and write great reviews of the band. Our current featured site is www.channel4.com/music. if you are part of our street-team, then you can earn points and prizes for doing this for us.

We will be posting up more additions to the /promote pages over the next few days, so keep checking back.

Our début album, 'Heroes, Hoods and Headphones' will soon be available on Amazon.com's MP3 service. As soon as we find out the date that the album goes live on there, we will let you know.

Amazon have reported that their MP3 service will be available worldwide by the end of 2008 and hopefully we will be able to make the album available as widely as possible and we will keep you up to date.

When the guys at Last.FM moved into their new offices, they had one very large and empty wall, so what better to do than to ask their bands to help fill it up with posters, flyers and everything else that bands have to offer.

We sent them one of our gorgeous new posters, see if you can spot it amongst their growing collection..

We have the honour of being this weeks 'Song Of The Week' at www.glitzine.net - they have picked our song "Invincible" to run on thier homepage for all the people checking their website out...so get over there and take a look!!

We are sorry to announce that the show this Friday, due to be played at The Planet, Wolverhampton has had to be cancelled. This is due to the other bands having to pull out at the last minute and the promoter being unable to find other bands at such short notice.

This was totally out of our hands and we are very sorry as we hate to cancel anything. The show in Cambridge at The Man On The Moon on Thursday, 14th February is going ahead and we are looking forward to it!!

The last few weeks worth of shows have been a blast - thank you to everyone we met, all the bands we played alongside and everyone who came and watched. We will be announcing new shows up on the site soon.

Thanks to one of our Lifers we now have a plyrics.com page, where you can check out the lyrics from Heroes, Hoods and Headphones. Thank you to everyone at the shows we've had over the past couple of days, we had an awesome time and we're looking forward to the ones we've got coming up.

A really big thank you to everyone who made us really welcome at Amersham school today, it was our first schools show for a little while and it was so much fun.

one:day:life won their heat of the B2 Battle Of The Bands in Norwich and will go on to compete in the final this Sunday, 10th February.
