Ipswich Show Posted

We've just posted up a new one:day:life show in Ipswich on Saturday 7th March. The band will be playing at The Steamboat Tavern. We know that a bunch of people have been asking about the next time the band will be playing in their home town so make sure you don't miss out.

New website 'intro' video posted.

We now have a new "intro" video up on our website. It's a little shorter than the old one, has some more graphics and will hopefully tell people who find the website for the first time all about the band.
